At Bouclair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your style, you can return most products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return, or visit any Bouclair store with your original receipt.
Pack Your Items
Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging. For mail-in returns, securely pack the items and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off or Ship
Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier outlet or visit a local boutique to complete an immediate in-store return processing.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
